What Every Marketer Needs

One of the biggest similarities marketing has to CrossFit is that there are a variety of ways in which to approach a successful path in either. Everyone seems to have the best methods of achieving results in the respective field.   While there are many who have a strong control on the subjects; the vast majority are grasping at straws.  There is a relativity that exists in marketing that is constantly varied within its own right.  Marketing requires practice, building foundations, and establishing clear outcomes (sound familiar?).
 
A marketer needs to have the ability to adapt. While many of us understand what evolution is, we fight against it pretty hard and do not embrace it in all facets of life. One must develop a variety of strategies and constantly assess those strategies to make sure the tools stay relevant.  Be cognizant of the market and understand trends to meet the needs of the greatest number of stakeholders. At one point in your CrossFit journey you investigated, experimented, and made mistakes.  Impart this same methodology in your business practices.
 
Get in the fight and make some adjustments to allow your creativity to shine. There is no right or wrong way to market;  the only thing that matters is how your audience (the market) responds to it.
